JPMC’s state of the art Texas campus is a sprawling development featuring 3 buildings and amenities fit for a small town. The campus is built around the idea of community and work life balance; thus, employees are provided all the facilities they may need, such as: retail, food court, daycare, wellness centre and more. Architectural elements such as curtain walls and glass facades are also characteristic of JPMC’s modern approach to their employee hubs.
Pro-Bel Technical Solution
Pro-Bel designed a conventional davit and anchor system for all three buildings. Cast in place fully embedded anchors and cast in place embedded davits bases line the perimeter of the main roof to facilitate safe suspended façade access for exterior building maintenance and window washing. The building project is equipped with intermittent stabilization anchors (ISA’s) that were provided by others; however, we closely collaborated to ensure the suspended platform decents align the davit bases with the ISA’s .
