A luxurious apartment in New Jersey with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline and waterfront. The building is equipped with window washing davits and a roof anchor system to ensure safe and efficient maintenance.

As the name suggests, Vantage apartments boast beautiful views of Manhattan and the Liberty Harbour Marina from its location in the Liberty Harbour North area of New Jersey. tower 1 of this 2 tower development was completed in 2017, while the second tower is currently under construction. Tower 1 is 45 storeys tall and features a glass exterior typical of high rise luxury apartments. The 6 storey podium houses most of the indoor and outdoor luxury amenities including a fitness center and rooftop swimming pool and the apartments feature floor to ceiling windows. Pro-Bel Technical Solution

Our team designed a davit and anchor system around the perimeter of the main roof to provide suspended façade access for window washing and exterior building maintenance (restoration) from a suspended platform (swing stage). Pro-Bel supplied custom Bolt to Mullion Intermittent Stabilization Anchors (ISAs) to keep the suspended platform up against the façade and limit the sway of the suspended platform.
