The Mansions at Acqualina is a luxury mixed use development located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Standing 650 feet tall, the building offers residents an expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean and luxury resort style amenities. The exterior of the building is characterized by classic luxury as well: decorative stucco on concrete, protruding glass balconies, pronounced trims, and a sculptural roof.
Pro-Bel Technical Solution
Our team designed a custom system that combines anchors, davits and rigging sleeves to provide window washing and suspended façade maintenance access. The upper roofs feature a horizontal lifeline system that provides safe access to restricive fall hazard areas. We installed anchors, davits, and rigging sleeves on the various roof levels; the rigging sleeves provide access past the wide, decorative cornices . We also designed custom horizontal rigging sleeves that provide access through the extended lower roof level to the eastern façade of the building.
