Roof Anchor – Bolt Through

• The standard height of a four-stud bolt through roof anchor is 18 inches.
• This anchor comes complete with four (4×4) back plates.
• The anchor suits all 3-1/2 & 4 inches flashings depending on anchor height.
• Use conventional/ flat flashings for conventional roof membranes where the insulation is more than 2-1/2 inches and inverted/bell-shaped flashings for inverted roof membranes.
• This anchor is also available in 12 and 15 inches, and up to 24 inches tall with a bigger sized anchor tube and base plate.
• Typically, these anchors are used as end anchors or corner supports with a double lanyard horizontal lifeline.
• With bolt through roof anchors, the designers must consider accessibility to the underside of the slab.
• Look for drop ceilings; avoid drywall and plaster ceilings; be aware of hallways, tall ceiling conditions and conduit.
