Roof Anchors – Cast In Place – with Back Plates

• The standard height of this four-stud plate roof anchor is 12, 15 and 18 inches. This anchor suits all 3-1/2 inch flashings
• Generally, if the base plate is fully embedded and flush with the concrete, a standard conventional flashing can be used
• This anchor is designed for a thin slab (less than 6 inches)
• The General Contractor MUST cast the base plate of the anchor so that it is fully embedded and/or flush with the concrete slab, otherwise, the anchor may not meet load requirements
• If the anchor sits directly on the bottom of the concrete form, ensure that the area below is designed with a drop/finished ceiling otherwise the plates will be visible when the form is removed
• The maximum height of this 3-1/2 inch anchor is limited to 18 inches
