Roof Anchor – Cast-in-Cage

  • The standard height of a cast in cage roof anchor is 18 inches.
  • The cage is cast into the concrete and the anchor base is installed during roofing.
  • Inverted/bell-shaped flashing must be used.
  • Generally only used when a standard cast in place roof anchor is not in stock and is not readily available.
  • To meet the scheduled concrete pour, the stainless cage can be made up quickly and sent to the site.
  • This anchor is much more expensive than a standard cast in place roof anchor.
  • The maximum height of this 3-1/2 inch anchor is limited to 18 inches.
  • The minimum Concrete Slab thickness is 6 inches.
