Pro-Bel davit systems are engineered for secure and efficient façade access, window washing, and light-duty maintenance. Designed for both temporary and permanent use, our systems feature rugged, lightweight davit arms paired with fixed bases that suit a wide range of building types. Our fixed bases are available for cast-in or bolt-in installation on concrete roofs, as well as welded solutions for structural steel applications. Each davit system includes aluminum or steel mast and boom components, with optional mast extensions and offset arms to overcome parapets, overhangs, or recessed façades.
